MGCOHA organized a 5-day ‘Student Exchange Program’ under the provision of MoU with IIHMR Delhi from 25th Nov to 29th Nov 2024.
Total 36 students pursuing MBA (Hospital Management) came to MGUMST for a residential program.
The objective was experiential learning of the students by visiting various clinical and non-clinical departments at MGH like Blood centre, Operation Theatre Complex, Radiology, Laboratory, Nuclear Medicine Department, Medical Records Department, CSSD and Housekeeping department. We are grateful to HoDs for hands-on briefing to the students.
Apart from this, lectures were held by MGCOHA learned faculty and a Field visit to Primary Health Centre (RHTC) was also organized.
MHA students of MGCOHA hosted the IIHMR Delhi students throughout their stay. The learnings of the program was exchanged among them through Group Discussions.
This was possible only through support and guidance of our patrons Honourable emeritus Chairperson , Dr M L Swarnkar sir, Honourable Chairperson Dr Vikas C Swarnkar, Honourable Vice Chancellor Dr Achal Gulati sir, Medical Director Dr S S Jaiswal sir and cooperation from HoDs , senior management/ administrative staff of the hospital.
