Dr Rahul Nayyar is a proactive and achievement-oriented professional offering more than 16 years of experience in clinical, administrative, and leadership roles within the Armed Forces Medical Service with skills in new hospital projects, financial intricacies, outsourcing initiatives, medical equipment procurement, and efficient supply chain operations.
Dr. Nayyar also holds the additional responsibility of Deputy Medical Superintendent.
He is MD in Hospital Administration from AFMC Pune
Dr Nayyar has been a highly dedicated and resilient doctor with extensive experience in both operational and administrative roles within the Armed Forces. He has served as Recruiting Medical Officer successfully leading and coordinating large-scale recruitment rallies across Odisha, West Bengal, and Sikkim, demonstrating strategic acumen in manpower planning and medical personnel assessment.
As a Regimental Medical Officer, he has executed critical frontline medical duties in some of the most hostile and high-altitude terrains, including Drass-Kargil sector, Siachen, counter-insurgency areas where he managed battlefield casualties and organized life-saving medical camps under cross- border firing.
He has successfully implemented National Quality Assessment Standards (NQAS) in various military hospitals across Rajasthan, Punjab & Haryana during his Command Project Officer (CPO) tenure in headquarters.
