Dr. Vijay Singh Nahata, presently working at Mahatma Gandhi Medical College & Hospital, Jaipur in December ‘2016 as Director of Advanced Gynaecological Endoscopy Unit & Training Centre. He started career as Medical Officer in NF Railways in 1984, Then Join as Resident Gynaecologist at Marwari Maternity Hospital, Guwahati in 1985 and left as Senior consultant in 1999. Then, joined Down Town Hospital Reproductive Unit, Guwahati as Consultant in Gynae Endoscopy. Later moved to Pratiksha Hospital, Guwahati as Chief Gynae Endoscopy Surgeon until November 2016. Pratiksha Hospital is pioneer in Infertility and IVF in North East India. A lot of exposure and creative learning continued in Fertility Enhancing Laparoscopy & Hysteroscopy procedures during this tenure. During this period, conducted surgical camps, training programmes, seminars and conferences in different parts of India.
